Terms of Service

A 25% deposit based on your agreed starting quote holds your booking, and the balance is due one month prior to the event. If the event is booked within one month of service, full payment is required.
The monies paid are transferable to another agreed date once only if cancellation occurs with at least one month’s notice.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances due to a lockdown or severe weather event occurring within 48 hours of the planned event, the food component may not be transferable however can be negotiated. The planned event will be transferred to another date as agreed by all parties, once only.

If With Style Weddings and Events is unable to provide service within 48 hours notice before the event for any unavoidable reason, a partial or full refund and/or alternative recommendation to another service provider who will fill in, will be provided. Prior to this time period, all efforts will be made to ensure a professional transition to an alternative service provider, and any monies paid will be openly discussed for a fair recompense.

By using the services of Married In A Moment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All fees and payments are non-refundable.
  2. Married In A Moment is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the wedding event.
  3. All information provided by the client must be accurate and complete.
  4. Any changes to the event details must be made at least 30 days prior to the wedding date.
  5. Any breach of these terms may result in termination of services.
